- For Office 2010: If you do not have Microsoft Access 2010, download the Access 2010 runtime from Microsoft. You will need this before you can run ExpWatch. There are separate versions for Windows 64 bit and Windows 32bit. download site
- For Office 2007: If you do not have Microsoft Access 2007, download the Access 2007 runtime from Microsoft. You will need this before you can run ExpWatch. download (65MB)

Update to version 7.24 released 22 February 2024
Manual Update Instructions
- Using Explorer, navigate to the folder where Expenditure Watch is installed.
- rename your current ExpWatch.mde file to "ExpWatch<date>.mde"
- download the ZIP file (left) containing the updated version of ExpWatch
- Open the zip file and extract the MDE file to the same folder as the old file
- double-click the new ExpWatch.mde, and when it asks you if you are updating, say YES
- Select the renamed ExpWatch<date>.mde to get all your existing data. This step may take a while if you have been doing lots of downloading, and you are running across a network.
