April 2019: LandTrack Systems would like to welcome Roget Bibby to our team. Spatial capabilities have been added to mapping, along with major performance enhancements! .SHP files can be imported eg. you can import the all Mineral Fields or all pastoral leases and view this on the map with your tenement portfolio. July 2018: After publishing a LinkedIn article that compared WA DMIRS Exploration Expenditure data with ABS data, LandTrack Systems has been contacted by Geoscience Australia to provide baseline tenement data for specific geographic locations. We are being recognised as data specialists within the industry as we have the ability to gather large amounts of tenement data and then see the bigger picture.

June 2018: Rachel Whiteman, our Client Relations Manager took full benefit of her long service leave (12weeks) and went solo backpacking in Kakadu, Cambodia, Vietnam and Italy, finishing off in Exmouth, Karijini and then attending the prestigious Cossack Art awards as she had entered an artwork into the show. What a cultural experience!

May 2018: At LandTrack Systems we are constantly striving to help the mining industry with our services. As such we have recognised the need to offer a Practical Tenement Management training course to help companies bring their tenement management back in-house. During the down turn the industry got rid of a large number of tenement managers but have now recognised that an in-house tenement manager is an invaluable knowledge base and asset to any organisation. April 2018: LandTrack Systems is heavily involved in Research and Development pushing the boundaries of coding providing innovative solutions for the mineral industry using the company’s assets and capabilities to create a product with a differential competitive advantage. In today’s environment, companies that succeed will be those which develop products that service customer needs more than the products of their competitors. Therefore, it is necessary that companies fully research such needs, and generate ideas and solutions that can best satisfy them. LandTracker’s collaborative efforts between Clients and R&D during the actual designing of new products appears to be a key factor in explaining the success levels of its products, and management’s effort has focus on the design stage of new product development process.

March 2018: After our stakeholder review we have successfully rolled out importing of URL document links into LandTracker. For example you can now import your document links from most Document Management System into LandTracker.

February 2018: LandTrack Systems hosted our first LandTracker Stakeholder review. Such a successful event, enthusiastically supported by our users. We now have a prioritised plan for the rest of the year. Here is what our users had to say about us.

December 2017: A big thank you from all the staff at LandTrack Systems to our existing and new clients for your continued support and business. It's been our pleasure to work with you and provide our products and services. 2017 was a real year of growth for us, increasing our client base and moving to West Perth. October 2017: We have moved! LandTrack Systems is now located at Level 2, 91 Havelock Street, West Perth. This is our 3rd move from small beginnings in Bassendean to where we are today. We made the deliberate decision to move into the city to be closer to you, our clients. We will be able to visit more often and provide our special brand of relentless client support in the form of sales demos and in-house training in our new training room. This will set us above our competitors.

Important News: As of Friday 27th October we are moving to new premises: Level2, 91 Havelock Street, West Perth, WA 6005. As of Friday 27th October 2017 we will no longer be operating at 89 Old Perth Road, Bassendean. Our contact details have not changed .

August 2017: Rachel Burnett and Peter Brammall had a very successful trip to Diggers & Dealers in Kalgoorlie, catching up with existing clients and chatting to new people regarding our outstanding products that are available for tenement compliance and acquisition.

July 2017: We have been evaluating the new Tengraph Web. We found it to be a powerful programme and is a vast improvement on the current Tengraph although some of the functionality can have significant delays. The Search engine could be improved upon. The variety of base maps, (geology and topographic) are a huge advantage on the old Tengraph especially Landgate Aerial Image (LAI). We recommend that you open Tengraph Web is Internet Explorer as it will not work at all in Chrome.

June 2017: Rachel Burnett, Client Relations Manager and Peter Brammall, Strategic Support Officer enjoyed attending the June 2017 AMEC Conference. The Department of Mines and Petroleum demonstrated the new Tengraph Web to LandTrack Systems and the attendees of the conference. The Hon Kim Beazley was the opening keynote speaker and made some interesting points regarding how close Australia and the USA are alligned financially, commercially and strategically.

May 2017: We recently added the data from the MRF Data Release for 2015 and 2016 and integrated this into a new MRF table on Tenement records for LandTracker.

February 2017: We have been working hard rolling out training for new LandTracker Certified Consultants and users, adding further value to all of our LandTracker clients.

January 2017: Continuing with our relentless client support we have over the last few months been working with a number of Tenement Consultants and now have two LandTracker Certified Consultants. Both are experienced tenement managers who have been trained and certified in the use and configuration of LandTracker. As such, they can provide tenement management services, supply independent advice or assist you to configure LandTracker to meet your business processes.
